Really. Become Her Friend

I know I probably say this a lot, but it’s true.

You’ve gotta become your consumer’s friend.

You’ve gotta talk with your consumer and not at her.

You’ve gotta really serve her and her needs.

You’ve gotta be in the communication channels that she is. Care about the same things she cares about.

If you don’t, then maybe you’re talking to the wrong audience. Or worse. . . you really don’t care like you think you do.
